RADAR is an accelerator scheme for creative graduates looking for a head start after university that works with HEI’s to boost employability and encourage graduate retention.
Connecting graduates with bespoke opportunities with SME organisations in creative media and arts organisations via paid internships; designed to give emerging talent a first-hand experience and a chance to put their skills into practice.
Not just about getting graduates into the workplace, RADAR adds personal development and mentorship tailored to the individual helping them to find the best way forward and increase employability.
Those that have participated in the RADAR scheme in the past have gone on to a range of exciting careers such as creative advertising, web development, participatory arts, graphic design and much more.
“Not only do you receive a great work opportunity but the support that you get alongside this for your personal development is amazing, the team are genuinely interested in you as a person and helping you on your way to the big, scary world of post university work”
“It was a great learning curve for me, a real taste of working in the arts industry and how great it was working together with creative and like minded people.”
RADAR is an initiative for University of Lincoln College of Arts graduates.
