Artists come to us with their vision. When they know they want to integrate technology in their work and they want to develop their practice. Our talent programme is designed to support artists who want to grow, innovate, explore new ideas, ask questions and be ambitious where technology is part of the answer.
We provide a safe space for artists to explore their practice and career. When we commission an artist, they join our Threshold Studios family. Through commissioning, skills workshops, mentoring and online resources we work closely with artists to nurture and support their practice. Whether they’re emerging, mid-career or established we support artists to identify where and how they can integrate the latest technologies into their practice. We work closely with technologists and technology partners and these relationships enable us to demystify, guide and develop artists’ digital skills and inspire innovation.
Radar is our highly successful creative graduate accelerator programme based at the University of Lincoln College of the Arts.
Since 2011 we have created 65 paid internships for creative graduates and the Radar programme is proven to give graduates a head start in the world of creative work. This strategic relationship has grown steadily and contributed to the University’s rising profile as a leader in cultural innovation in the creative industries.
